Project Manager

As a project manager, you will be responsible for the comprehensive management of post-disaster reconstruction projects, including estimating the scope of work, coordinating subcontractors, managing timelines, and monitoring construction sites. We are looking for an independent, resourceful, and organized individual who can manage multiple projects simultaneously while providing excellent customer service and maintaining effective communication with insurers, clients, and various stakeholders.

What to do in the event of a disaster?

Electronic devices and household appliances (television, digital terminal, computers, printers and others) will have to be unplugged and plugged back in by a specialist, or by you.
Clothing, linens, bedding, sports equipment will have to be handled by a professional or by you. We are not responsible for damages.
Aquariums or vivaria will have to be taken care of by you or by a professional.
During the work, if it should turn out that the electricity stops working, or if the circuit breaker should trip, it is your responsibility to put everything back in operation and to inform us.
Domestic animals and plants will have to be placed in a safe place, they are under your responsibility.
Firearms, jewelry, money (cash), artworks, alcoholic beverages or any other personal effects, they are under your responsibility.
Pianos (musical instruments and billiard tables), must be handled by specialists.
The project manager must be informed if you have valuable objects or antique furniture.
Tax documents, taxes or passports are under your responsibility.
If it should turn out that we cut an electrical wire or that your electrical installation is non-compliant, the costs will be at your expense.
It is your responsibility to pay your deductible when it is not deducted by your insurer.
